We are celebrating after scooping a brace of British Property Awards.

Our Southam office team landed a gold award in the local category for the town, while the team also picked up a silver award in the regional category.

The independently-judged awards are given following rigorous mystery shopping visits and recognise outstanding levels of customer service. Entrants are judged on 25 separate criteria through a range of services and methods, giving judges a well-balanced view of each company. The award scheme acts as a valuable tool for Estate Agents to benchmark their performance against local rivals, as well as showcasing good practice in the industry.

Speaking following the announcement Managing Director James Hawkesford said: “This is fantastic news for us and reflects the skill and dedication of our team in serving our customers. I’m really proud of our achievements. All three of our offices have been doing so well lately, it is great to get recognition for the efforts of our staff.”
